About Upper Mill Cottage
This first floor country holiday cottage is part of the original Watermill. Full of character, Upper Mill holiday cottage has vaulted ceilings, exposed roof trusses and a log burning stove.
Great for couples, this self catering cottage boasts fabulous views over the rolling countryside, with the double bedroom making the most of views of the mill pond and Exmoor beyond.
With its own private entrance there are a short flight of stairs to enter the cottage, Upper Mill also has access to the shared outside seating area. Upper Mill is a pet free holiday cottage.
Please Note: Lower Mill, Upper Mill and Mill Wheel holiday cottages are all in one independent building, ideal to be booked as one large property to sleep up to 12 people.

Inside your cottage
Bedding
We know you’re on holiday, and the last thing you’ll want to do is make a bed. So, we do it for you! All beds are made up ready for your arrival with all bedding provided including duvet covers & sheets, pillows & pillow cases. For longer stays of ten days or more, your bedding is changed once a week which is a complimentary service included in the price of your stay.
Towels
A set is provided for use during your stay, with enough for every person staying in the cottage. However if you do require any more this can be arranged and a supplement will be charged.
Kitchen Equipment
All cottages come fully equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable self-catering stay including enough crockery, cutlery, glassware for everyone in your cottage. You’ll also find a microwave, slow-cooker, hob, oven, fridge (with a small freezing compartment) and dishwasher, and we’ve even included the kitchen sink! The Farmhouse also has a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a larger freezer space in the fridge.
Essentials
Your cottage will be equipped with washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, a sponge, dishcloth and a tea towel.
